Wexford Opera Festival - (October) - specialise in the production of rare operas, has become one of the main Irish and Cultural events of the year.

 
Kilmore Quay Seafood Festival  - (July) - The festivities include all kinds of seafood tastings, traditional and folk music and dancing evenings.

Killag Country Show - (July) - 

Enniscorthy Strawberry Fair (July) - This annual festival takes place in early July and includes food stalls and competitions featuring the strawberry. Concerts, dances and sporting events add to the festive atmosphere.

Wexford Race Course - (many dates throughout the year) - The Wexford racecourse is full of tradition and has derived its name from its Viking heritage, Wexford is renowned for its breeding of horses in Ireland. Wexford Racecourse is without doubt the South East's leading race course.

Wexford Fringe Festival - Wexford Fringe Festival, is based around Wexford Opera Festival and features 18 days and nights of fun, culture, an eclectic range of over 250 fringe events, something to appeal to all ages.

Why not try and day sailing or maybe a fishing trip out around the Saltee Islands off the coast of Kilmore Quay just 8 miles away.  There are many great pubs & seafood restaurants in the area or if you want a livelier night a short taxi trip will take you to Wexford town where every taste can be catered for.
